Product Care
At The Sparkle Company Chicago®, our creations are handcrafted with premium materials and delicate details. To honor their craftsmanship and longevity:
Some pieces are designed primarily for display, while others may be worn; care guidance will vary accordingly.

Treat each piece with grace and intention.

Clean non-electronic items with warm water and a mild cleanser, using a soft brush to gently care for crystals.

Use a clean microfiber cloth to uplift shine and remove dust.

Avoid exposing pieces to extreme heat or cold, as temperature fluctuations can impact adhesives or delicate components.

For resin elements, buff gently with a microfiber cloth to maintain their polished appearance — always store in a dust bag when not in use.
Repair
We view repairs as part of the ongoing story of your piece. For this reason:

We are pleased to assist with minor repairs within the first 3 months of ownership, evaluated personally by our designer.

Requests received after three months may be considered with a reasonable restoration fee, following inspection.

All items returned for repair should include the original order receipt, and return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
Please note: The Sparkle Company Chicago® is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
Storage
To protect your treasured items:

Store pieces in a temperature-controlled environment out of direct sunlight.

Acrylic or glass display cases help preserve sparkle while reducing dust exposure.

Keep pieces out of reach of small children, as delicate components could become detached.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of each creation, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
