When you invest in a quality sparkle piece that you plan to love for years to come it is paramount that you look after it with love. Each item from The Sparkle Company Chicago is handcrafted and embellished with top-quality materials. While our designer intends for our products to stand the test of time, there are important steps that you can take to help prolong their lifespan.
How to extend the life of luxury
We encourage our Sparkle Babes to treat all items from The Sparkle Company Chicago delicately as most of our products are made with glass crystals and other premium materials.
To clean non-electronic items you may fill a small bowl or mug with warm water and a little washing liquid, then use a baby toothbrush with soft bristles to clean delicately around the crystals. You may use a microfiber cleaning cloth to wipe down your items.
Please refrain from leaving in extreme heat or cold environments. Because there are some items that have parts where resin and adhesives have been used extreme temperature changes could cause the resin to reheat and become malleable or cause the crystals to be misplaced.
To clean your resin items wipe or buff them with a clean microfiber cloth. This will help keep up the glossy appearance. The resin is not scratch resistant. We recommend you carry the item in your dust bag when it is not in use.
The Sparkle Company Chicago is happy to handle MINOR repairs within the first 3 months of ownership, however, we are NOT responsible for any MAJOR damages once the item is in your care. Each repair request will be evaluated by our designer. Any repair request after the 3-month period is subject to a reasonable repair fee once the item has been inspected by The Sparkle Company Chicago. All items must be accompanied by the original order receipt. All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us via email with your request and will be more than happy to assist you.
Please Note: TSC is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence. Please care for your item as you would care for all of your high-end pieces.
Please store your pieces in a temperature-controlled environment. Acrylic cases are perfect for luxurious bling items. Please keep out of reach of small children as some parts may become detached with manipulation and could potentially be a choking hazard.
Returns and Exchanges
