A Note on Our Creative Process
The Sparkle Company Chicago® approaches our work with intention and care.
We prioritize meaningful projects that align with our artistic vision and values, as intentional creation and thoughtful expression are at the heart of what we do.
Our commissioned and collaborative work is offered selectively, allowing each piece to be crafted with presence, purpose, and integrity.

Collaborations & Creative Partnerships
We believe intentional creation is a form of luxury. For this reason, projects and collaborations are reviewed with care and considered on a limited, case-by-case basis.
At this time, we are prioritizing collaborations with artists, brands, organizations, communities, venues, and creative partners who feel aligned with our values and creative direction.

Responses are typically shared within two to three business days.
Commissioned Design & Craftsmanship
Every commissioned piece by The Sparkle Company Chicago® is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with intention, precision, and care.
Our process begins with understanding the purpose and details of each project. From there, we develop a design plan and execute it using specialized techniques that require time, expertise, and a high level of attention to detail.
No two pieces are ever made the same. Each design is created by hand using high-quality materials and multi-faceted crystals selected for their brilliance and ability to reflect light.
Every crystal is placed individually by our designer—a process that may take several hours or, in more intricate cases, many weeks to complete.
Those who commission work from The Sparkle Company Chicago® value originality, craftsmanship, and meaning. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, proudly handmade in the United States, and created exclusively for its intended recipient.
Please note: All commissioned work is non-refundable.
Creation Timelines
Creation timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of each project, as well as current studio capacity.
Peak seasons, including holidays, may require additional lead time.
We recommend reaching out six to eight weeks in advance to allow for thoughtful design development and execution. Outside of peak seasons, many commissioned projects are completed within two to four weeks.
Expedited timelines may be accommodated on a limited basis and are subject to availability and an additional convenience fee, determined by project scope.
Availability & Limited Releases
Many of the designs shared on our website and social platforms are commissioned pieces created for specific projects, collaborations, or partners. As these works are handcrafted and not mass-produced, they are not available for direct purchase.
Select items, including our PenPops®, are released seasonally through limited pop-up offerings. Availability varies, and quantities are intentionally small.
